Add salt. Switch off the gas and let the mixture cool down. Add chilli sauce and soya sauce. Mix well.
  3. Take dough and make rotis from it. Put 2 tbsp of mixture in the middle of the roti. Cover the roti by folding every side. Stick the sides using water. Make a roll.
  4. Fry them in oil on low flame.
  5. Serve hot with Schezwan sauce.
