  6. Lower the flame, cover it with the lid, cook it until a lil dry.
  7. Open the lid, increase the flame, stir fry it until dry.
  8. Turn off the flame, cover it again.
  9. Open the lid after 2 minutes. Take out in serving bowl.
  10. Can be served along with Roti, Paratha or rice.
