  1. First make dough for outer covering
  2. In a mixing bowl, add wheat flour, salt, powdered sugar, carom seeds, sesame seeds, 1tbsp oil
  3. Mix well, add water and make dough

  5. Now for filling- in a mixing bowl grate paneer, add 1 boiled and mashed potato, finely chopped green chillies, coriander leaves,salt, oregano
  6. Mix well and make balls
  7. Now take small portion of dough, roll little, stuff paneer filling
  8. Close and roll again
  9. Now roast this paratha on tawa by adding oil or ghee or butter
  10. Serve hot paratha with sauce.
