  2. Add 1 potato,1 onion.
  3. Now add chopped coriander leaves, and green chili.
  4. Now add all masalas to it.
  5. Now add rice flour for binding, and mix it all together.
  6. Now make fries.
  7. Now make a slurry, take a bowl add maida, water, black pepper powder, and salt, and mix well.
  8. Now take fries n dip them in slurry one by one.
  9. Now take Kadai,pour oil in it
    deep fry in hot oil keeping the flame on medium.

    stir using a stick to prevent from damaging.

    fry until the fingers turn golden brown and crisp.
  10. Drain off over a kitchen towel to remove excess oil.

    finally, enjoy poha fingers with tomato sauce.
