- For Sheekh Kabab - place mutton mince in half in two separate bowls. To one add chopped leaves, coriander seeds coarsely crushed, cumin seeds, black cardamoms, black peppercorns coarsely crushed, chopped green chilies, chopped mint leaves, deghi Mirch powder, chopped almonds, chopped cashew nuts, ginger garlic paste, salt and mix well
