Instructions to make Vegan Ukrainian borscht
- First heat oil in a vessel/deep skillet. Add in onion,garlic with bay leaves and saute few seconds.
- Now add 1 vegetable cube,paprika powder with potatoes
Sauté few seconds then add the cabbage and mix well. - Now add in beetroot and carrot

3 cups of water - Now add in pepper powder,cinnamon powder with tomato
