- 3 aloo/potatoes, boiled
- 1 blanched - Spanish
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 Onions
- 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste

- 2 tsp Red chilli powder
- 2 tsp Coriander Cumin powder

- 2-4 tbsp Cream
- 2 tsp Ghee
Instructions to make Aloo Palak
- Take a spinach to wash it well. Take a container add water boil it after boiling water adds spinach boil it for 5min and cool it down.
- After boiling spinach grand it and make a paste.
- Take potatoes wash them and remove the skin and chop it into small pieces.
- Take a pan add oil heat it put chopped potatoes fry it well.
- Take the same pan add 1tsp oil and 2 ghee heat it adds Mustard seeds, Cumin seeds, ginger garlic paste, green chili, onion fry it well and raw smell goes and adds tomato fry it up to raw smell goes.
- After frying onion and tomato add Turmeric powder, red chili powder, Cumin Coriander powder, Garam Masala powder, salt mix, and fry it well.
- Add spinach paste in fried ingredients and spices mix well.
- Add fried potatoes and fresh cream to spinach gravy mix well.
- Garnish with cream and fresh room. Serve it with chapati or jeera rice.
