  1. 1 cup Singhara atta
  2. 1/2 cup Rajgira atta
  3. 1/2 cup Kuttu ka atta
  4. 2 Boiled and mashed potatoes
  5. 1/4 cup Peanut powder
  6. 1 tablespoon Chopped ginger and chilli paste
  7. as per taste Sendha Namak or Rock salt
  8. 1 tsp Sugar
  9. 1 tsp Cumin powder
  10. 1 tsp Chilli powder (optional)
  11. 1 tsp Chopped coriander leaves
  12. as needed Hot water to mix
  13. 1 tsp Ghee per paratha

Steps to make Vrat Ka Paratha

  1. In a large bowl add all the ingredients except ghee.
  2. Mix to a soft and loose consistency dough.
  3. Heat a skillet. Take large ball sized portions and press and spread on the tawa till you have thick disc.
  4. Make small holes in the centre with wet fingers and pour ghee in them so that they cook very nicely.
  5. Cover and cook till base is done. Flip and cook the top part with same process.
  6. Serve immediately with spiced curd, fasting special sweet lemon pickle and fasting coconut chutney. Enjoy!
