    Make slury by cornstarch and water
  4. Take a beetroot dough ball filled the cheese piece in it cover make again like ball little flatten it deep in cornstarch slurry
  5. Then roll on semolina keep aside make all cutlets ready.
  6. Heat up oil in pan or tawa and shallow fry all beetroot cutlets till crunchy crispy.
  7. Serve hot with any dip chutney sauce. Sprinkle some chaat masala on cutlets.
