Instructions to make Burmese veg khow suey

  1. Firstly prepare khow suey paste
    Take mixture jar add chopped onion,green chilli,garlic cloves,ginger pieces,lemon grass,whole black pepper,1/2 Tsp Red powder,turmeric powder,pinch salt and adding little water make smooth paste.
  2. Prepare boiled noodles
    Add oil and pinch salt in water then add noodles let them boil for 10min.
  3. Coconut milk soup preparation-
    Take 2/3 tbsp oil in pan,after heating oil add chopped veggies here I am taking carrot and beans (you can add baby corn,mushroom, broccoli)saute them for 5 minutes.
  4. After partial cook veggies add khow suey paste,saute until oil separate on medium high flame,after releasing oil add 2 cup water in it.
  5. Dissolve 1tbsp gram flour(besan) in coconut milk and add in soup pan,then mix it well.let spiced coconut milk soup to boil for 5 minutes.
  6. Plating time and garnishing -
    Place boiled noodles in a plate,pour veggies coconut milk soup on it.sprinkle chilli flakes, peanut powder,fried noodles,garlic and onion,and sprinkle chopped green onion,Coriander leaves.place lemon piece for complimentry..
