  2. Mix it by adding water in batches and make a batter
  3. Mix continuously with the help of hand beater to make fine batter
  4. At last add chopped coriander leaves and mix
  5. Now heat oil or ghee in a pan
  6. Onces it get heated add batter in a pan and spread all over like dosa
  7. When one side is partially cooked then flip and spread oil or ghee on top
  8. Press and cook till the base gets some golden spots
  9. Onces it done from one side flip again and cook another side till crispy in low flame
  10. When it get cooked nicely on both side transfer chilla in a plate
  11. Now chilla is ready to serve
  12. You can serve kuttu ka chilla with masala curd and green chutney...
