- To Taste Salt: Sendha Namak
- 1 Pinch Sugar
- 1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice

- 1/2 tsp Turmerics
- 2 Whole Dry Red Chillies
- 1 tbsp Cumin Seeds
- 1 Pinch Hing/Asafoetida
- 1 tbsp Roasted Cumins & Whole Dry Red Chilli Powder Powder
- 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tbsp Fresh Green Chillies: Finely Chopped- Optional
- 1/2 tsp Dry Roasted Pomegranates Seeds Powdered: Optional
- 1/4 Cup Fresh Coriander Leaves: Finely Chopped
- 3 tbsps Ghee: For Cooking
Steps to make Falari Jeera Aloo
- Heat up a frying pan over the medium flame: Add in the ghee to it & then, throw in the Tempering Spices- Sauté for a few seconds until it starts spluttering & release its aroma
- Add in the Boiled & Cut Up potatoes to it now & continue sautéing until its quite nicely combined and well blended together & get gently golden browned from all along- Checkout the seasoning part & adjust accordingly if that’s required- Add in the rest of the dry spices as aforesaid
