- as required Oil for shellow fry
- 4-5 medium size boiled potatoes
- 5 tbsp arrowroot powder
- For stuffing -
- 1 cup fresh coconut grated
- 1 cup roasted peanuts grounded
- 1 lemon juice
- 2 green chillies
- 1 inch ginger
- 1tbsp sugar
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder
- as per taste rock salt
Instructions to make Farali Aloo Pattice
- Pressure cook potatoes for 4 whistles. After cooling down the pressure completely remove lid drain water from potatoes peel and mashed potatoes
- Add arrouroat powder and salt make 15equal size balls from mixture keep aside.
- In mixing bowl add grated coconut peanut powder mix well. Make fine paste by grinding green chillies ginger lemon juice in grinder add in mixer
- Combine all ingredients together including sugar salt red chilli powder mix well
- Gently flatten balls with your palms cover it and give a patty shape. Shallow fry all Pattice.
Served with green coriander chutney.
