- 1 lemon

- 1 green chilli finely chopped
- 2 tbsp capsicum finely chopped
- 2 tbsp tomato finely chopped
- 2 tbsp green peas boiled
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp coriander leaves
Instructions to make Healthy Paneer Bhurji
- Bring milk to a boil and add juice of 1 lemon to make paneer. Let it curdle. If you need some more juice of lemon, you can add. Now strain it and wash it with water once. Leave it in the colader and let all the water drain. Leave it like that until use. As we are making paneer bhurji, we will use it as it is. we do not have to set it to make pieces. If you are not making paneer at home, then you can just grate readymade paneer about about 80 - 100gm.

- Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds. When it becomes dark brown in colour, add hing, ginger paste, garlic paste, green chillies and onion. Cook it for 2 minutes on medium heat. Now add capsicum, tomatoes and green peas to it and give it a good mix. Cook everything for 3 to 4 minutes on medium heat. Now add turmeric, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala and salt to it and give it a good mix.



- Now add crumbled or grated paneer to it and mix everything well. Cook it for 2 minutes on medium heat and add coriander leaves. Mix it well and turn off the heat.



- Healthy and delicious paneer bhurji is ready to be served. It goes really well with paratha, roti, daal or ice.
