  11. 3-4 cloves Garlic
  12. 4 Green chilies
  13. 1 tbsp Cumin
  14. 1 piece Bay leaf
  15. 1 tbsp Crushed dry coriander
  16. 1 tbsp Crushed fennel seeds
  17. 1 tsp Black pepper corn
  18. Salt to taste
  19. 3 Whole red chilies
  20. 2 Star anise
  21. 6 Cloves
  22. 1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  23. Oil as required
  24. 3 cups Beef stock
  25. Chopped spring onions for garnishing
  26. Tomato for garnishing

Instructions to make Beef Pulao

  1. In a pressure cooker, add onion, garlic, beef, whole spices, red chilies, crushed coriander and crushed fennel seeds.
    Mix well and allow it to boil for about 10-15 minutes.
    Now separate beef and its water in a pan.
  2. Then in a wok heat oil and fry ginger garlic paste for about 2 minutes.
    Now add boiled beef, tomatoes, fried onion, red chili flakes, salt and green chilies. Cook well for about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Then add beef’s stock and rice.
    Cover and cook properly for about 15 minutes on a low flame.
  4. Lastly garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
