- 1 green chilli
- 1/2 inch grated ginger

- 2 tsp oil / ghee

- First dry roast makhana in a pan. Let it cool. Now take it in a grinder & make a coarse powder of it.


- Now in a mixing bowl take grated paneer & potato. Add green chilli, ginger, coriander, crushed peanuts to it. Now add coarse powder of makhana to it. Add salt & black pepper powder to it.



- Mix everything well & make a dough like. Make balls out of it & flatten with palm. Now cut star shape with the help of cookie cutter.



- Now heat appe pan & grease it with ghee / oil. Place these stars in appe pan & cook it from both sides till golden brown. Top it with some cashews. Our tasty paneer makhana pops are ready to serve. Serve it with vrat wali chutney.
