  1. On a slow flame of gas, heat a kadai, roast Semolina, till aroma comes up, do not change colour of it, stir constantly.. Transfer in a plate.

  3. Now add hing, ginger, green chillies, curry leaves, saute it too..

  5. Add salt, turmeric powder, mix well.
    Add roasted Semolina and pou hot water, stir constantly, to make upma soft and fluffy..
  6. Upma absorbs water, turn off gas, add lemon juice and sprinkle chopped coriander, mix well.
