- 1 tsp ginger chilli paste
- 1 tsp jeera
- 4 tsp oil
- 4 tsp butter
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tsp pavbhaji masala
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 4 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
- as required Chopped coriander, onions, tomatoes Roasted Papad
- Taste to salt
- as required Water
Instructions to make Mumbai Tawa Bhaji Pulao
- Heat a big tawa on medium flame of gas..
Put oil, butter, jeera, saute it.. - Now add garlic, ginger, chilli paste..
Add chopped onions, saute till turns translucent.. Add capsicum, tomatoes, green peas, mix well, saute for couple of minutes.. - Add salt, pav bhaji masala, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, water for semi thick gravy.. Mix well.
- Now add boiled potatoes. Mashed it and combine all cooked veggies..
Lastly add cooked salted rice.. mix well properly so, rice and all veggies masala gravy mixed together nicely.. - Turn of gas, add lemon juice and sprinkle chopped coriander..
