- Boil 1 cup of green peas, drain water and crush it with 1 teaspoon of ginger green chilli paste, 1 cinnamon stick and crush it..dont make a fine paste....enjoy the crunch of green peas
- Now add the green peas mixture to the batter...add half cup each of chopped meethi, corraindar leaves and green garlic (option), 1/2 teaspoon each of Kashmiri red chilli powder, corraindar jeera powder, pinch of haldi and 1/2 to 1 cup of water to adjust the consistency.
- Heat the tawa...add some oil and spread the batter on the tawa and let it cook on slow flame like we make besan chilla
