- In a bowl take boiled ingredients together. Add black salt, red chilli powder,roasted cumin powder,onions, green chilli, gandhoraj lemon juice and mix nicely. Adjust salt to taste. Meanwhile take 2 tbsp of panipuri mixture and soak in 2 cup of water.
- Now make hole in the middle of each golgappa and add the potato stuffing. On top sprinkle some chanchur and tomato ketchup. Dip into the panipuri water and enjoy.
