- Firstly, in a large bowl take 3 aloo, ½ tsp ginger paste, ¼ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp chilli powder.
- Also add ¼ tsp garam masala, ½ tsp chaat masala, ¼ tsp salt and 2 tbsp coriander.
mix well, aloo stuffing is ready. keep aside. - Firstly, in a large bowl take 2 cup besan, 3 tbsp rice flour.
add ¼ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp chilli powder, ¼ tsp baking soda and ½ tsp salt. - Further, add 1¼ cup water and prepare a thick lump free batter.
finally, besan batter is ready to prepare pakoda. keep aside. - Firstly, spread 1 tsp of green chutney on 2 slices of bread.
also spread 2 tbsp of prepared aloo stuffing uniformly.
