- 1 small Broccoli
- 2 big boiled potatoes
- 2 tbsp Green chilli and ginger paste
- as per taste Salt to taste
- as required Chopped Coriander leaves
- 1 cup white peas soaked overnight and then boiled
- 1 big tomato
- 1 big onion
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- as required Red Garlic tomato chutney
- as required Green Coriander chilli chutney
- as required Dates and Tamarind chutney
- as required Lemon juice
- 2 tsp oil
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 2 tbsp corn flour
- 1 cup roasted ground nuts
Instructions to make Broccoli Potato - Ragda Pattice
- Soaked white peas overnight and boiled by giving 6-8 whistle (add pinch of salt and turmeric powder together while boiling)
- Take a pan add oil and Cumin seeds now saute chopped onion for a few minutes next add chopped tomato for 2-4mins.
- Once every thing is mashed properly now add Boiled peas and add some water around 1.5 glass adf other spices like green chilli, ginger paste, red chilli powder and mix them well and boil them for about 5-10 minutes lastly add Garam masala and squeeze lemon juice and coriander leaves over the Ragda.

Grate Broccoli and mashh boiled potatoes together now add green chilli paste and ginger paste, salt,add some corn flour together and bind them nicely and make small flat round shape pattice - Now take some oil and shallow fry the pattice by flipping both the sides and roast till tgey are golden colour.
