  1. (Soaked rice)Boiled rice with salt and garam masala until 3/4 th done,strain & set aside.
  2. In pot,add ghee and let it melt,add cinnamon sticks,green cardamom,cloves,black cardamom,black pepper corns,star anise,bay leaf and cumin seeds,mix well for 1 min Add onion,mix well and fry until golden brown.add mutton bhonify
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and mix well Add tomatoes cook for 2 minutes. Add salt,nutmeg powder,mace powder,turmeric powder,red chili powder,garam masala powder, coriander powder and mix well.Add yogurt and mix well.
  4. Add green chilies,mix well and cook until mutton tenderize and oil separates.
    add mint leaves,fresh coriander,green chilies
  5. Add Boiled Rice,yellow food color,fresh coriander,mint leaves, and green chilies.
    Cover & steam cook on low flame for 10 -15 minutes.serve hot
