  12. 3 cups Wheat Flour or Sharbati Gehun Aata
  13. 1 tsp Salt
  14. 2 tsp Ghee

  1. Prepare the dough with the ingredients listed under it. Leave it aside for 20 minutes at least.
  2. Add crushed Cumin Seeds, Asafoetida and the shredded Ginger to a bowl with boiled and coarsely mashed Green Peas. Also add the chopped Green Chillies, Red Chilli powder, Salt, Coriander Leaves and the dry Mango powder along with the rest of the ingredients mentioned. Mix well and it's all ready to use.
  3. Divide the dough into equal sized balls. Roll into small discs at first. Place 2-3 tablespoon of the filling on each and seal the edges carefully. Now roll into Parathas and cook on both the sides smearing with Ghee or Oil. Lip-smacking Parathas are ready to be enjoyed with White Butter and Raita of your choice.
