I love fusion food and always try to make simple dishes with some changes. So this time I have made our favourite samosa in new avatar and presented it in form of paratha.
Ingredients and spices that need to be Prepare to make Samosa Paratha:
- For Dough
- 1 1/2 cup All-purpose flour/Maida
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Carom seeds
- As needed Water
- For Filling
- 2 Boiled Potatoes
- 1/2 cup Green Peas
- 2 tbsp finely chopped Onion
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds
- 4-5 Cashews(broken)
- 1 tsp Garam masala powder
- 1/2 tsp Red Chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp Chat masala
- to taste Salt
- 2 tbsp Oil
- as required Extra Oil for frying
Steps to make Samosa Paratha
- Heat 1 tsp oil in a pan and cook green peas on low flame till it softened.



- Heat 1 and 1/2 tbsp oil in a wok and put cumin seeds.

- Add chopped onion and fry for 2 minute.


- Add broken cashews, boiled potatoes, cooked peas, garam masala powder and red chili powder.


- Add chaat masala powder and salt, mix well.



- Cook for 2 minutes and mash with masher.


- Stuffing is ready now, let it cool.

- For dough take flour, salt, oil and carom seeds in a bowl.

- Add some water and knead a dough from it.


- Make 3 equal size balls from dough and roll out semi thick paratha.


- Give stuffing into triangular shape and keep on paratha.

- Close the edges and fold paratha into triangular shape.



- Roll out again in triangular shape and cook from both sides in a hot tawa using oil.



- Serve hot samosa paratha with ketchup and green chutney.
