Ingredients and spices that need to be Take to make Chicken Kabab:

  1. 200 gm boneless Chicken
  2. 1 large onion
  3. 5 garlic cloves
  4. 1 inch ginger
  5. 1/4 cup chopped coriander
  6. 4 green chillies
  7. 1 boiled potato
  8. 1/4 tsp Red chilli powder
  9. 1/4 tsp Sugar
  10. 1 tsp salt
  11. 5 tbsp Flour
  12. 1 cup vegetable oil
  13. 1 tbsp butter
  14. 2 eggs
  15. 2 cups bread crumbs
  16. 2 tbsp gram flour

Instructions to make Chicken Kabab

  1. Grind Onion, ginger, garlic, 2tbsp gram flour & 4 green chillies in mixer grinder. Then add Boneless chicken, salt & sugar in it. Add chopped coriander leaves and 1 tbsp butter and make a smooth pasty mixture.
  2. Then mix boiled potato with it. Knead it well. Then make round shape kabab from it.
  3. Make thick flour mixture with egg, water, salt & red chilli powder. First coat the kababs with breadcrumbs, then dip into the flour mixture, again coat it with bread crumbs. I prefer less bread crumbs for this recipe so I usually dust off the excess crumbs here.
  4. Heat oil in pan & fry kababs until golden brown. Remove from the oil and then drain on paper towels before serving. Serve it with tomato sauce,mayonnaise and salad.
