- 5 big potatoes boiled
- 1 tbs oil
- 2 tsp ginger-chilli paste
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 lemon
- 1 tsp sugar
- as per taste Salt
- as required Coriander leaves chopped
- as required banana wafers* readymade
Steps to make Falhari Thali (Lunch)
- Put the potatoes to boil. Till then gring the ginger-chilli for sabji n parathas togather. Take falhari flour in big plate. add salt, ginger-chilli paste n boiled n grated potato. Make a soft dough adding some water. Let it rest for 5 minutes.



- Now open the cooker and peel of potatoes n mash roughly. Add oil in kadai, add cumin seeds n ginger-chilli paste to it. When it crackers add potatoes, salt, sug5n lemon juice. Stir it and finally add coriander leaves to garnish.



- Take the hung curd which had hung over night in the fridge. Put it in a big mixing bowl add sugar powder and whisk it. Now add chopped dry fruits, cardamom powder n kesar milk in it n stir gently. Keep it in fridge and take it out when the dish is to serve.
