- 1 cup Sago Pearls
- 1/4 cup peanuts
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 3 medium boiled Potato

- 1/2 tsp turmeric (optional)

- Soak sago pearls for 6-7 hours, strain excess water and keep aside.

- Mash boiled potatoes, roast peanuts, cool it and crush it.
- Now add sago pearls + peanuts + cumin seeds + green chilli + salt to mashed potato and mix well. Pinch medium size of mixture and give shape of Tikkis / fritters or cutlets.

- Shallow fry both sides in oil till golden brown.



- Sabudana Vadas is ready to serve. Serve hot hot with your favourite Chutney.
