  2. 3 For Stuffing. boiled potato , mashed,
  3. 1 med sized onion chopped finely,
  4. 4 green chilli chopped finely,
  5. to taste, Salt
  6. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder,
  7. 1/4 tsp garam masala powder,
  8. as per need Some chopped dhania patta,
  9. 1/2 tsp chaat masala powder,
  10. For Batter..
  11. 2 cup besan,
  12. 1 tsp garlic paste,
  13. 1/2 tsp ginger paste,
  14. 1/2 tsp Salt
  15. 1/2 tsp haldi powder,
  16. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder,
  17. Pinch of baking soda,
  18. 1 tbsp oil,
  19. as required Oil for frying,

Instructions to make Stuffed Bread Pakoras

  1. Firstly take a mixing bowl, add aloo & all the given ingredients one by one. Mix thoroughly. Keep aside.
  2. Take another mixing bowl, add besan & all the other ingredients one by one.
  3. Now add water slowly slowly, mix it thoroughly, make a smooth, thick batter. Keep aside.
  4. Take bread slices in a dish, fill one slice with the stuffing. Cover it with the other slice, make a sandwich. Make all the slices in the same manner.
  5. Take a wok, add good amount of oil, heat it. Moderate the flame, dip one sandwich into the besan batter, coat it nicely.
  6. Drop in the hot oil, deep fry both side until light brown.
