- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
- 1/2 tsp Sugar
- as per taste Salt
- 1 tbsp Cooking oil or ghee to mix dough & tempering
- as needed Water as needed to mix dough
- 1 tsp Cooking Oil or ghee per paratha

- First, let's mix the dough:
Combine whole wheat flour, besan, 1/2 tsp salt, sesame seeds, ajwain sugar and oil or ghee in a bowl. Rub well with fingers. - Now mix to dough as needed for stuffed paratha and keep aside covered.
