- 200 grams sago/sabudana
- 150 grams boiled potato
- 4 teaspoons roughly crushed peanuts
- As per taste salt
- 1 teaspoon ginger chili paste
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds

- First of all wash the sago/ sabudana. Then add required amount of water and let it soak for 4-5 hours.
- Then mash the boiled potatoes and add soaked sabudana and crushed peanuts.
- Add ginger chilli paste, cumin, salt, coriander and mix well.
- Then on the gas and heat the appam pan. Apply some oil on it.
- While the heat is being heated, make balls out of prepared mixture.
- Roast the vada in the appam pan on slow flame. make it turn after few minutes.
- So now the roasted sabudana vada is ready.
