Instructions to make Falahari Sago Pulao

  1. First, wash sago well 3 to 4 times in cold water and soak in 1/2 cup of water for 8 hours.
  2. Then separate the pearls with a fork and add peanut powder, salt, chilli powder, sugar and cumin powder to it. Combine with a fork and keep for 1/2 an hour. (To let it absorb the spices)
  3. Then heat ghee in a non-stick kadhai. Shallow fry peanuts, cashews and raisins and remove in a plate. Then add a little extra ghee and pop cumin.
