- 1/2 tsp oil
- 1/8 tsp mustard seeds
- 1/8 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 pinch asafoetida
- 1/8 tsp turmeric powder

- 1 cup besan

- 1 pinch soda bi carb
- As Required Oil for frying
- 2-3 green chillies
- As required Dry garlic chutney to serve

- In a mixing bowl add mashed potato, salt green chili ginger garlic paste, chopped green coriander leaves, lemon juice, and salt.
- In small tadka pan add heat oil. Add mustard seeds cumin seeds as spluttering add asafoetida, and turmeric powder. Pour it into the mashed potatoes mixture. Mix well. Make equal size 2-3 flattened balls.
- In another mixing bowl add besan, salt, and soda bicarb. Add little water and make pakora batter. Whisk with hand for a few minutes till a smooth batter is obtained.
- Heat oil for frying.
First fry green chili. Keep aside.
Slit pav up to 3/4 part. Place prepared spicy potato stuffing in it.
