- 2 Boiled Potato medium
- 1 Bay leaves
- 2 Cloves
- 2 Cardamom -
- 1/4 Cinnamon stick -
- 1/4tsp Turmeric powder -
- 2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Pepper powder -
- 2 Onion
- 2 Tomato -
- 2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 10 Cashew -
- 2 tsp Oil -
- 4 Green chilli
- 1/2tsp Garam masala -
- as required Coriander leaves
Steps to make Healthy malai kofta (air fryer)
- Mash the potatoes and mix with paneer add some chopped green chillies and Coriander leaves along with garam masala
- Make small balls and place on your air fryer just brush the balls with little oil.air-fry for about 12 minutes.kindly turn the balls after 6 mins inorder to get even colour on both sides


- In pan pour I TSP oil add the cloves, cardamom,bay leaves and cinnamon stick and saute well
- Add the onions,ginger garlic and tomatoes and the soaked cashews and saute well
- Once it's done add turmeric, pepper and coriander powder and saute well.keep it aside once its cool grind it to paste
- In a pan add the mixture along with enough water and bring to boil.add the koftas and garnish with coriander leaves

- Serve hot
