  3. Add grated carrot in pan / kadhai, sauté for 4-5 minutes, then add 1.5 - 2 cups water and let it cook by simmering under medium flame till carrot turns soft. Let milk evaporate then add 3/4 cup sugar, mix well, sugar will release water.
    Simmer for 2-3 minutes and add ghee + green cardamom powder and give a nice mix. Halwa is ready.
  4. Tri color snacks is ready to serve.
