  1. For chutney take all ingredients in a mixer as mentioned & make a thick & smooth chutney.
  2. For stuffing heat oil in a pan & add all spices as mentioned. Now add boiled potatoes & peas to it. Mix everything well. Garnish with green coriander.
  3. Now take 2 bread slices & spread green chutney to it. Now put stuffing on one side & spread evenly. Now put onion & cucumber rings on it. Sprinkle salt & chaat masala on it. Cover it with other slice on which chutney was applied.
  4. Brush butter on it & toast it till golden brown. Now take it out & sprinkle nylon sev to it. Serve it with green chutney or ketchup.
