  3. 1/2 kg boiled Potatoes

  13. 12 Cloves garlic
  14. 1 tbspn ginger paste
  15. 1/2 tspn red chili flakes
  16. 1 Cup fresh Coriander leaves chopped
  17. 5-6 Green chillies finely chopped
  18. 1 Onion finely chopped
  19. 4 eggs
  20. Water as required

Steps to make Mutton and chicken shami kabab (frozen)

  1. Soak 250 gram chana daal for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Wash mutton and boil it together with gram lentil,garlic,cumin seeds, whole spices+cinnamon, crushed coriander, black pepper corns, black seeds, red button chillies.
  3. Add the boneless chicken and salt.
    Cook until all the water has evaporated and mutton, chicken is tendered.
  4. Let it cool for some time and then grind all the ingredients to a thick paste.
  5. Now add boiled potatoes, red chili flakes, ginger paste, green chilli finely chopped, garam masala powder, coriander leaves chopped and finely chopped onions.
  6. Mix all the ingredients to combine well.
  7. Now add the raw eggs liquid and mix thoroughly.
  8. Using your palm make the kababs of any desired shape and size, generally flat round shape.
  9. Arrange kabab on tray, keeping some distance in between so they will not stick to each other.
  10. Now freeze them.
  11. When nicely frozen, transfer them to a freezer bag and keep them in freezer until cooking.
