  17. For Puri-
  18. 3 cup whole wheat flour
  19. as per taste Salt
  20. as needed Water
  21. as per need Oil for deep frying
  22. For fried potatoes -
  23. 3-4 boiled potatoes
  24. 1 spoon oil
  25. 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  26. as per taste Salt
  27. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  28. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  29. 1 tsp dry Coriander powder
  30. as per taste salt

Steps to make Bhog Thali

  1. For black chana -
    In large pan add oil add cumin seeds when they crackers add all dry spices mix well quickly add dry black chana mix well add little water saute till little dry constancy.
  2. For Halwa-
    In a pan add ghee add semolina roast till light golden colour add water -sugar mix well. When water observed add raisins cashewnuts add green cardemom crush mix well.
  3. For Puri -
    In a mixing bowl take whole wheat flour salt little by little water and knhed slift dough. Then make equal size balls then roll out equally all puris then deep fry them.
  4. For fried potatoes -
    Heat oil in kadhai / pan once heat add boiled peeled and cubed potetoes add all spices salt mix well all.
  5. Bhog thali is ready
