Steps to make Macaroni

  1. In one saucepan add water. Once the water is boiling stir the macaroni in it.
  2. Cook the macaroni according to the packet instructions.
  3. Heat oil and butter in a pan. Add cumin seeds. let's crack it. Add chopped ginger, garlic, and green chilies to it. Saute for 30 seconds.
  4. Now add onion to it. Don't overcook the onions. When it gets little transparent add tomatoes to it. It gives a crunchy taste to it.
  5. Saute for 3-4 minutes. Add Haldi, red chili powder, and salt to it. Again saute for 2 minutes.
  6. Now add tomato ketchup to it to give a little tangy taste. Add capsicum and little water to it.
  7. Cook it for 2 minutes. Now add boiled pasta to it. And mix it well.
  8. Add mozeralla cheese, and meri maggi masala n mix well. Sprinkle some coriander leaves and your pasta is ready to eat. Serve it hot.
