  2. 1 tbsp oil
  3. 3-4 chopped midium size onion
  4. 8-10 garlic cloves
  5. 1 inch ginger
  6. 2 no. Chopped green chilly
  7. 2 midium size chopped tomatoes
  8. 8-10 cashew nuts
  9. 1 cup (200 ml) water
  10. 🍲 For Paneer Kofta :--
  11. 4-5 no. boiled potatoes
  12. 1/2 cup grated paneer
  13. 2 tbsp cornflour
  14. Salt as per taste
  15. 1 tsp red chilly powder
  16. 1 tsp cumin coriander powder
  17. 1 tsp kitchen King masala
  18. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  19. 1/3 cup all purpose flour (maida)
  20. 🍲 For Tempering Kofta :--
  21. 1 tbsp oil
  22. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  23. 1 tbsp red chilly powder
  24. 1 tbsp cumin coriander powder
  25. Onion + tometo paste
  26. Salt as per taste
  27. 1/2 cup Amul fresh cream
  28. 1 tsp kasuri fenugreek (methi)
  29. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  30. Fried kofta

Steps to make Malai Paneer Kofta

  1. First we will make gravy. Heat oil in a pan, add long chopped onion and saut till golden brown. Now add garlic cloves, ginger, green chillies, large pieces of tomato, cashew nuts, mix and cook for 2 to 3 minutes on medium heat. Then add water, mix, cover and cook on medium gas flame for 4 to 5 minutes.
  2. Now let this mixture cool down. Once the mixture has cooled, add it to the mixer jar and take it in a smooth paste.
  3. Now we will make kofta. For this, grate the boiled potatoes. Add to a bowl. Now add grated paneer, corn flour, salt, red chilly powder, coriander cumin powder, kitchen king masala and garam masala. Crumble it by hand.
  4. Now make small round kofta from this mixture and lightly coat it in the lamb. Keep in a plate.
  5. Now heat oil in a pan to fry this kofta and fry it golden brown on medium flame of gas.
  6. Now let's tempering this kofta. Heat oil in a pan, add turmeric powder, coriander cumin powder and red chilly powder and mix well. Now add onion + tomato gravy and mix it with salt. Cook this paste for 4 to 5 minutes.
  7. Now add fresh cream, kasuri fenugreek and garam masala and mix well. Then add fried kofta and mix very gently and cook for a while.
  8. Now our Malai Paneer Kofta is ready to serve. Garnish this curry with green coriander leaves and fresh cream.
