- Soak sabudana with water for 1-2 hours. After that transfer it to a steel strainer and keep aside for 10 minutes
- Take one big plate and grate potatoes and then add sabudana all remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Make small tikki shape and make one hole in the center and deep fry these vadas in hot oil. Serve hot with pudina chutney.
