- Seive maida add salt and mix it well. Now add oil, baking soda, baking powder and salt to it and knead together into a smooth dough. The dough should be firm and hold together, but supple and soft to touch. Give it rest for atleast 2 hrs.


- Meanwhile make a stuffing. Take a mixing bowl add grated paneer and potatoes, add chopped green chilli and onion and also coriander leaves. Add all masala along with salt. Mix it well and prepare balls and put it aside.



- After resting the dough for 2 hours, lightly knead the dough again.Make medium sized balls from the dough. Sprinkle some whole wheat flour on the rolling board and on the dough ball.


- Roll it like a small roti And Place some paneer-potato stuffing in the center seal it well.


- Sprinkle some nagrela seeds and coriander leaves and gently roll it. Put it on a hot tava. Apply butter and flip it and cook another side applying butter.



- Serve Paneer-Aloo Kulcha straightaway from the pan to the plate.



- Serve these hot or warm with butter, curd, mango pickle, green peas curry or chana masala.
