  1. Heat oil in a pan and saute chopped onion and chopped garlic.
  2. Add chopped capsicum and cook for 1 minute.
  3. Now add the boiled and mashed potatoes. Add cayenne powder, turmeric and cumin seeds.
  4. Then add garam masala powder, amchoor powder and salt to taste.
  5. Everything has to be mixed properly. Then turn off the flame, add chopped coriander and keep aside.
  6. Take chickpea flour (besan) in a small bowl and add cayenne powder, turmeric and salt to taste.
  7. Then add carom seeds, add a little water and make it a little thicker batter. Which has to be kept on the side.
  8. Take a slice of bread and cut it into a coin shape with a bowl.
  9. Now layer the prepared potato stuffing on the cut bread and spread the prepared besan batter on it.
  10. Heat a nonstick pan and apply oil ghee mix and put the prepared bread coins on it for baking. The side of the besan is to be placed on the iron before the site is baked, so the plain side of the bread has to be fried by turning it upside down.
  11. All the coins have to be prepared by frying in this way.
  12. The first green sauce to be added to the roasted coins is to add chopped onions and chopped tomatoes. All the coins are to be prepared by adding besan sev on it.
