- 1/4 tsp coriander seeds
- 1/4 cup cream / fresh malai
- Pinch chilli flakes
- Pinch kasuri methi
- 2 tsp butter
- 2 cups water
- Salt to taste
Instructions to make Nawabi Kofta Curry
- First in a big bowl grate paneer & potatoes. Add all spices as mentioned & cornflour to it. Mix it well & make a dough like from it.


- Now make small balls from it, flatten it & put cashew & raisin in the center. Close it & make koftas of any shape. Heat oil in a pan & fry koftas till golden brown. Keep it on absorbent paper and let it cool.



- For gravy : In a pan take onion, cashews & all khada masala as mentioned. Add water to it & boil for 5 min. After it take it in a blender & make a smooth paste.



- Now heat butter in a pan & add gravy to it. Add rest spices to it & cook. When it becomes thick, add fresh cream/ malai to it. Sprinkle kasuri methi & red chilli flakes to it. Arrange koftas to a serving plate & pour this creamy gravy on it. Relish it with any Indian bread or jeera rice.
