Steps to make Spring rolls

  1. Take a pan add oil and heat it. Add chopped garlic and saute for 30 seconds add sliced onion and saute on high flame for 1 minute. then add chopped capsicum and carrot. saute for 2 minutes.
  2. Add cabbage and cook on high flame for a minute then add all spices, noodles masala, and sauce mix well. Now add boiled noodles and give them a nice mix. Turn 9ff the flame
  3. Allow cooling of the filling meanwhile take wheat flour in a mixing bowl, add salt and gradually add water. mix and make a lumps-free running consistency batter.
  4. Now take a tawa heat⅚ on medium flame. Grease the tawa with little oil. pour one full ladle of batter in the middle of tawa then spread evenly with ladle like a sheet. cook it on low flame until they leave the bottom.9f ģpan removes from pan and place it on a greased plate.prepare all sheets.
  5. Take one sheet put some filling on one side and roll it two times then roll it from both sides and apply the batter on the edges to seal it. fold it at the end.
  6. Make all rolls likewise. fry them on medium heat until they change golden brown. Serve with tomato ketchup.
