    First take the poha in a strainer wash it very well for 3-4 times then keep aside for ten minutes.
  2. In a pan dry roast peanut remove skin and crushed it. crush peas coarsly.chopped onion,green chilli,ginger.
  3. Take mixing bowl add boiled potatoes, green peas and peanut crushed,grated paneer,chopped onion,green chilli,ginger and poha mix well. now add all the spices mentioned and salt. Mix all together.
  4. Take medium size balls from the mixture make cutlet as desire's shape. prepare all cutlets likewise.
