  1. Dry roast fox nut.
  2. Heat 1 tb.spoon.oil in a pan,add all whole garam masala,cumin seeds.Saute..Add onion, green chilli, almonds and ginger.Cook for 3-4 min.Add tomato and salt.Cook for 3-4 min.Add 3 cups water.Coner the pan and cook for 2 min.Let it cool.
  3. Grind it with soaked poppy seeds and strain.
  4. Now again heat oil 2 tb.spoon. in the same pan,add cumin seeds,saute.In the mean time mix kashmiri red chilli, coriander powder and turmeric powder in 1/2.cup water.Add this mixture into oil,cook.Add ground mixture of tomto,onion, almonds etc.
  5. Cook for 5 min.Add.green peas and roasted foxnut.Cook for another 3-4 min.Then switch off the gas.
  6. Sprinkle some coriander leaves on it and serve.You can serve it with plain chapati or naan.
