Egg Paneer Masala Curry is a protein and vitamin rich meal . Eggs and Paneer are rich sources of vitamin B12, A, D Calcium, Iron Proteins and energy too.
The different spices added to give it a wonderful taste ! Enjoy with paratha, fulka or plain steamed rice!
Ingredients and spices that need to be Make ready to make Egg Paneer Masala:
- 4 Boiled, de-shelled eggs
- Paneer 250 GM's (cut in large cubes)
- 2 tablespoons Cooking oil
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 cup Chopped onions
- 1 cup Chopped tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon Ginger garlic paste
- Chilli powder, cumin and coriander powder as per taste
- 1 tsp Kitchen King masala
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- 1/2 tsp Kasuri methi
- 1 tsp Ghee
- 1/2 cup Water
- Salt to taste
- Chopped coriander leaves 1 tablespoon
Steps to make Egg Paneer Masala
- First, heat 1 tablespoon oil in a kadhai. Add 1/2 tsp each of turmeric powder, cumin and coriander powder, chilli powder and salt. Mix well. Then stir fry paneer and boiled and shelled eggs in the masala till well coated
- Cook for 2 minutes and then keep aside in another bowl. Heat the kadhai and add rest of oil and ghee.

- Pop cumin seeds. Then saute onions and ginger garlic paste till aromatic and transperant. Then add tomatoes and stir cook for 2 minutes.
- Then add spices, salt, water and mix. Cook covered till tomatoes are soft. Then cool this mixture.

- Grind to a smooth paste. Pour gravy in the kadhai and cook for 1 minute. Then gently add paneer and eggs and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.
- Then finish the curry with kasuri methi sprinkled on top and garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve with naan, paratha, roti or rice. Delicious Egg and Paneer Masala is ready to serve!
