I made faralii kachori on the auspicious day of mahashivratri.

- 5-6 boiled potato
- 2 cup fresh coconut
- 1 tsp green chilli paste
- as required Chopped Coriander
- 2 tbsp roasted peanut powder
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder (if required)
- as per taste Salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- as required Oil for frying
- as required Cashew & kishmis chopped
Steps to make Farali kachori
- Firsly grind sama in mixer to smooth texture.
- Remove the skin of boiled potatoes & grate them. Add sama powder in that potato. Add salt. Mix it properly. Do not add water.


- Stuffing - Take pan add oil/ ghee then add coconut, peanut powder, salt sugar,red chili powder &, green chilli paste & dryfruits. Saute for 2 min. Thenadd coriander. Your stuffing is ready




- Take out small portion from potato morya mixture.make small katori of the dough. Put some stuffing in it

- And make ball size kachori of it. Deep fry all kachori & seve with green chutney.
