- 2 Big sized Potatoes boiled, peeled & cut into bite size cubes
- 1 onion sliced
- 1 handful Cilantro Chopped
- 2 Chillies roughly chopped
- 1-2 Tsp Schezwan peppercorns crushed
- 1 Tsp Ginger paste
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 Tsp Kashmiri LAL Mirch powder
- 1 Tsp Chilli powder (optional)
- as per taste Salt
- as per taste Lemon juice
- For Tempering
- 1-2 tbsp Mustard oil
- 1/2-1 Tsp Fenugreek seeds/ Methi Dana

- Prepare all ingredients as listed above and put in a bowl. Heat oil in a pan and add Methi/ Fenugreek seeds, when it starts blackening,add all in the bowl in top of the ingredients. Mix well. Check salt and sourness and adjust as per your taste.
